1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CycloDraft (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Operator

The Service is operated by Willem Aarts. Contact: cyclodraft@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent you have permission from a parent/guardian where required.

4. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

5. Gameplay, virtual items, and changes

The Service includes virtual items such as coins, packs, rider cards, shards, and other in-game content (“Virtual Items”).

  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.
  • We may adjust gameplay mechanics, scoring, drop rates, rewards, and balance at any time.
  • We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with or without notice.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs, cheat, or attempt to manipulate results.
  • Scrape or harvest data in a way that harms the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service (code, design, UI, artwork, and game mechanics) is owned by us or our licensors, except where stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

8. Third-party names and disclaimer (no affiliation)

CycloDraft is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any professional cycling teams, riders, race organizers, governing bodies, or their partners.

Any third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/informational purposes only.

9. Availability and “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security or legal reasons.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NL, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
